Our staff ensure that all children are supported throughout their day with a focus on what each individual child needs in order to develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually.
Children of this age need to be active, they learn by 'doing', by examining and investigating everything around them, they are looking for fun and exciting opportunities to occupy them, whilst also having the opportunity to try out new things and find out how things work and take a nap when necessary.
Here in the sunbeam room we offer the children lots of different activities both indoors and outdoors; water, sand, paint, mark making, small world, construction, role play, stories and songs plus much more! We can guarantee your child will find lots to occupy them and have fun with whilst developing their learning and learning new skills at the same time. Children of this age have wonderful imaginations and need to express themselves freely. That is why we have created an environment with a wide and varied range of resources and activities for your child.
